How to make saury soup
Products
Canned saury natural - 2 cans
Rice - 4 tablespoons (100 grams)
Potatoes - 2 pieces (250 grams)
Carrots - 1 piece (150 grams)
Onions - 1 piece (100 grams)
Tomatoes - 1 piece (100 grams)
Lavrushka - 2 leaves
Peppercorns - 10 pieces
Dill, parsley - a bunch of greens
Salt - one and a half tablespoons
Frying oil (olive) - 2 tablespoons
Water - 2 liters
How to make saury soup
1. Open 2 cans of natural saury.
2. Rinse the rice: for this, place 4 tablespoons of cereal in a bowl of water; stir and drain the water - repeat 2 times.
3. Thoroughly wash 2 potato roots, one carrot, one tomato and a bunch of greens.
4. Peel the potatoes and carrots, remove the outer dry scales from the onion.
5. Dice the potatoes.
6. Grate carrots (coarsely grated).
7. Immerse the tomato in boiling water for a minute, then pour it over with cold water. Remove skin, cut into cubes.
8. Chop a bunch of dill and parsley.
9. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, heat to a boil.
10. Add potatoes and rice to a saucepan, cook for 15 minutes.
11. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan, heat for a minute, add onions and carrots.
12. Heat medium heat and fry vegetables for 3 minutes.
13. Add the tomato to the skillet. Fry and stir for 2 minutes.
14. Add the fried vegetables to the saucepan. Place the contents of cans of canned fish there.
15. Add a tablespoon of salt, ten peppercorns and two bay leaves to the soup.
16. Stir the saury soup and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped greens, cover the pan. Let the soup steep for 10 minutes.

- Stir onions and carrots while roasting. Instead of onion, you can take 5 stalks of green onions.- Mash pieces of saury (one can) with a fork before laying - this will make the soup taste pronounced, and consistency - thick.
Canned saury in oil is suitable for making the soup. If there is no canned saury, take any - from mackerel, sardine, sardinella or pink salmon. Canned tomato can also be used.
