Products
Meat broth (beef) - 2 cups
Oat flour - 150 grams

Butter - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 teeth

How to cook soup zhur
1. Sift oat flour through a sieve, pour into a liter jar, pour a liter of cold water,
leave in a warm place; in a day the tsezha will be ready.
2. Peel the onions and carrots, chop into strips 0.5 cm thick.
3. Pour the meat broth into a saucepan, place over medium heat, wait until it boils.
4. Put onions and carrots in broth, cook after boiling for 10 minutes.
5. Cut the ham into 2 centimeters thick squares.
6. Put butter in a frying pan, put on medium heat, melt.
7. Fry the ham in butter for 5 minutes.
8. Wash and peel potatoes.
9. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a separate saucepan, put potatoes, after boiling
cook for 20-30 minutes - the potatoes should become soft.
10. Mash boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes.
11. I strain it, and discard the gush.
12. Put ham, potatoes, salt, pepper in a saucepan with broth, pour in tsezha, cook on
medium heat for 7 minutes.
13. Pour 700 milliliters of water into a saucepan, place on high heat, wait
