How to Make Creamy Pumpkin Soup
Products
Pumpkin - 700 grams
Cream - 200 milliliters
Onions - 1 head
Water or broth - half a glass
Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
Rosemary, salt, sugar - to taste
Cheese "Russian" - 50 grams
How to make pumpkin puree soup
Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into cubes 1 centimeter side.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put the saucepan on the fire, heat it up, add oil and put onion. Fry the onions with salt and spices for 7 minutes, add the pumpkin, pour in the water, cover the pan and simmer the vegetables for 15 minutes.
Grind the onion and pumpkin with a blender. Heat the cream until it is almost boiling and pour into the soup. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the soup, mix well.
Insist the soup for 5 minutes under the lid and you can serve it to the table!
