How to make peanut soup
Products
Raw peanuts - 300 grams
Chicken bouillon - 1 liter
Roasted peanuts - 150 grams
Celery - 2 stalks
Onion - 2 small onions
Milk - 220 milliliters
Cream - 1 glass
Flour - half a glass
Unsalted peanut butter - 100 grams
Parsley - 100 grams
Green onions - 100 grams
How to make peanut soup
1. Peel and grind raw peanuts in a mortar, knife or blender.
2. Cut two celery stalks into small cubes.
3. Peel the onion and chop.
4. Heat a deep frying pan, melt 100 grams of peanut butter in it and
fry chopped vegetables in it.
5. In a deep bowl, mix 200 milliliters of cold milk with flour sifted through a sieve, whisk intensively in such a way as to avoid
lumps.
6. Wait for the chicken broth to boil and add the vegetable fry to it.
Simmer the soup over low heat for six minutes.
7. Add heat. Actively stirring the soup, pour the milk mixture into it, then add the chopped peanuts.
8. Boil the soup over low heat for fifteen minutes, stirring regularly.
9. Decorate each portion of the prepared soup with roasted peanuts and herbs, add cream to taste.
How to make vegetarian peanut soup
ProductsRaw peanuts - 2 cups
Tomatoes - 1 kilogram
Turmeric - half a teaspoon
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - half a teaspoon
Black pepper - 3 grams
Salt - 7 grams
Butter - 10 grams
How to make peanut soup
1. Peel the peanuts, soak for 6 hours in cold water.
2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, serve for half a minute and peel them.
3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, place in a saucepan and place over low heat.
4. Simmer tomatoes for half an hour, stirring regularly.
5. Grind the stewed tomatoes in a blender.
6. Drain the water from the nuts.
7. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a two-liter saucepan, put the nuts in it and cook them over moderate heat for 1 hour until they become soft.
8.Reduce heat, add tomatoes, spices and butter to the pan to the peanuts, simmer the soup for another half hour.
