What to make from the remains of semolina?
Reading time - 5 minutes.

Semolina porridge sometimes does not taste well: it cools quickly and turns out to be too thick. And although after cooling the porridge in most cases becomes inedible, it can still be used. The methods are:
- Fry cheese cakes, stirring porridge with sour cream or cottage cheese, and, if necessary, adding flour.
- Semolina porridge is an excellent base for dough. Bake the manna - beat 2 eggs with sugar (its amount depends on the sweetness of the semolina), mix with the semolina and slaked soda. Then thicken the dough with flour and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Make a casserole: mix cold semolina porridge with milk, egg, a little cottage cheese, butter and vanilla - and bake in a flat dish at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
