Why is rosehip compote useful?

Since ancient times, wild rose has been used as a medicine. Still would! Possessing bactericidal and cleansing properties unique for that time, rose hips were comparable in cost to furs and satin. Now it is customary to dry rose hips and then brew like tea (or with tea). But compote is also very useful. By the way, if the rosehip is fresh, it is not necessary to boil it at all, it is enough to boil it with boiling water and leave it in a thermos for a couple of hours.

The medicinal properties of rose hips are not manifested so clearly, since a modern person eats a huge amount of incomparably more powerful drugs in a year. However, as a vitamin remedy and a pleasant cooling drink, rosehip compote is still very effective, and in case of urolithiasis it works perfectly as a choleretic and diuretic. Of course, if the compote is cooked from dried rose hips, most likely the benefits will be minimal. But if you brew fresh berries for a long time, you will get a really healing drink, useful with vitamins C, B, K, E and P and possessing immunostimulating properties.
