Can beans be frozen?

Both green beans and shell beans are frozen. A young green beans washed, cut into 3-4 cm pieces, dried on a towel and put in a freezer in vacuum bags. Also, after washing and slicing, you can blanch: hold for 3 minutes in boiling water, 3 minutes in cold, dry and freeze.
Dry red beans before freezing, soak for 10-12 hours, dry and send to the freezer. Then, if necessary, defrost and boiled in the usual way... Another way is to freeze the cooked beans. The beans are boiled after soaking until tender, cooled, dried, laid out in portioned sachets and placed in the freezer.
