Ways to fix too thick porridge:
- Add butter - the thicker the porridge, the more butter you need to add. But, as they say, you can't spoil porridge with butter.
- The thick semolina porridge will make an excellent casserole - cool it slightly, add an egg beaten with a fork (1 chicken egg for 1 serving) and chopped fruit. Grease a wide form or small molds with oil - and put in an oven preheated to 1800 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with jam, condensed milk or liquid sour cream.
- Thick semolina porridge is essentially a ready-made semolina dessert. Just flip it over, slice it and serve it with jam.
- Fry pancakes - dilute porridge with kefir, add eggs and sugar - and fry like ordinary pancakes in a frying pan.
- Making pancakes is even easier than pancakes, since you can make pancakes directly from thick porridge without any additives. Heat the oil in a frying pan and spread the "semolina dough" with a spoon, fry in a frying pan on 2 sides for 2 minutes.
- As a last resort, if you need exactly liquid semolina porridge - cook it again for all rules.
