Less often, the compote is frozen - not the drink itself, but berries and fruits that are planned to be used in the future to make compote. The fruits are washed, pitted, placed in portions in packing bags in arbitrary proportions and put into the freezer. To then prepare a compote from a frozen mixture, berries and fruits, without defrosting, put in water and cook after boiling for 20-40 minutes, depending on the type of fruit.
