Preparation

Cut off the stem of a bunch of enoki mushrooms, wash them, put them in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add chopped onions and fry them until light golden brown for 5 minutes over medium heat, without a lid.
Cook pasta cones, but not overcooked, it is allowed to leave them slightly undercooked.
Take a deep salad bowl. Cut the beans into medium sticks, put in a salad bowl.
Split the bunch of enoki mushrooms and place over the beans.
Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Wash cilantro, dry and chop finely.
Put fried onions and boiled pasta in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, add 200 grams of sour cream. Mix. Serve the enoki mushroom salad, sprinkle with chopped cilantro over the top.
